Make the week between appointments clearer.

For families helping a parent manage blood pressure or diabetes. Record the week on one Android phone and bring one factual Letter to the next conversation.

The week between visits

The information exists. The context does not.

Readings live in notebooks, messages, phone calls and memory. When the appointment arrives, nobody has a reliable picture of the week.

NotebookA reading without the day's context
Family chatAn update that gets buried
Phone callA medicine note nobody recorded
MemoryA symptom without a clear date

HyperCare creates one factual week the family can understand and bring to the next appointment.

The product, not a dashboard

One page. The week in context.

The Letter organizes patient-entered information without diagnosing, grading or changing treatment.

01

Coverage first

The reader sees how many days and readings the week actually contains.

02

Health information, organized

Blood pressure, glucose, medication confirmations, symptoms and daily context.

03

Questions prepared

A concise starting point for the next doctor conversation, never treatment advice.

More than an app download

A personally supported four-week pilot.

Early families get practical setup and workflow help because a useful first Letter matters more than another feature list.

Personal setup

We choose the right phone, condition mode, units and reminder workflow together.

Simple daily check-ins

The patient or caregiver records only relevant information: BP, blood sugar, medication and context.

Weekly Health Letter

A doctor PDF and a family-friendly image generated from the recorded week.

Weekly workflow support

Help using the app, producing the Letter and preparing the export—not medical interpretation.

How it works

Start this week, not after the next appointment.

1

Talk for 15 minutes

We confirm that the service fits your family and decide who will record information.

2

Set up one Android phone

The patient or caregiver completes short check-ins. No account or special wearable is required.

3

Use the week's Letter

Share it with family or bring the PDF to the next doctor conversation.

Qualify before you buy

Useful for a specific family, not everyone.

This may fit if...

  • Your consenting parent manages hypertension, diabetes or both.
  • Health updates are scattered across calls, chats, notebooks or memory.
  • Someone can enter information regularly on one Android phone.
  • You want a more prepared conversation with the doctor.

Do not use it for...

  • Emergencies or continuous monitoring.
  • Diagnosis, medication changes or treatment decisions.
  • Remote caregiver syncing between two phones. That is not available yet.
  • Replacing clinical records or professional medical care.

Founding family pilot

Five families. Four weeks. One care routine we build together.

This is a personally supported pilot, not a cold app download. We help set up the first week and learn whether the Letter is genuinely useful.

Priyanshu Founder · medical student at KSMU
"Early healthcare products earn trust one family and one honest promise at a time."

I personally onboard founding families, review where the workflow breaks and speak with doctors about whether the Letter is actually useful. The service does not provide medical advice or replace your clinician.

Before we talk

Clear answers, including the limits.

Does HyperCare monitor my parent remotely?

No. The current app is local to one Android phone and does not provide continuous or emergency monitoring. During setup we decide whether the patient, caregiver or both will enter information on that phone.

Does the Letter give medical advice?

No. It organizes patient-entered facts and possible topics for a doctor conversation. It does not diagnose, classify readings, change medication or recommend treatment.

Where is health information stored?

The current app stores its health information locally on the Android phone. The family chooses when to export and share a Letter.

Can my parent's doctor log in?

No doctor portal exists. You can share a PDF before or during an appointment. Doctors remain responsible for clinical interpretation and care decisions.

How do I join the pilot?

Submit the short application. Priyanshu will confirm whether the current one-phone workflow fits your situation before any onboarding or payment.

How does pilot payment work?

The India founding pilot is ₹1,499 for four weeks, paid once before onboarding with no automatic renewal. Russian paid places will open only after a local payment path is ready.

Bring one clearer week to the next doctor conversation.

Tell Priyanshu who you care for and how health information is managed today. We will tell you honestly whether the founding pilot fits.
